I can confirm that having Sean do everything for us for our trip to Italy was the way to go! He booked everything for us. Anytime we had a question he was right there and if we had an issue he would fix it. You can go wrong with Sean!!! We had the trip of a lifetime because of him.

I had a very positive experience with Sean as my travel planner. This was my second cruise, but my first time using a travel planner, and I couldn't be happier with the decision. My husband and I just came back from Iceland. This was a bucket list trip for us and it did not disappoint! A while back I reached out to Attentive Travel and started inquiring about Iceland; places to stay, car rental vs. tours, airfare, etc... Sean wasted no time in putting together all of the information and getting us a quote. Several options were provided within the quote and Sean was great about answering our endless questions, making changes, etc... Even on our day of departure, he was sure to keep me informed of changes with our flight, departure gate information and anything else that came up. When we arrived at our Hotel I had a question about our room and Sean jumped right on it, calling the hotel directly to check things out and get my question answered. Needless to say, customer service like this is hard to come by. We will absolutely be using Attentive Travel for all of our travel needs moving forward and suggest others do as well. As our 25th anniversary approached we began to feel stressed and frustrated with trying to plan a vacation that would meet the expectations we had for the occasion. Navigating the unknown of endless option was overwhelming. Friends referred us to Sean at ATA, and what a game changer! Sean listened to us about our goals for this trip and offed several options. His extensive knowledge and first hand experience gave us the peace of mind and confidence to plan the vacation of our dreams. It became an enjoyable experience with his guidance. We chose to take a seven day cruise, Sean was able to plan all the details with precision and care. His advice and education on how to make the most of every aspect from our flights, to accommodations, to boarding and planning several amazing excursions made this a bucket list vacation!
